Dieter Laser is a hugger. One of the most talked about films in horror recently is The Human Centipede (First Sequence). At this year’s Texas Frightmare Weekend, the director, Tom Six, and the star, Dieter Laser, not only attended, but did a live commentary to the film at a midnight screening. Personally, I didn’t have much interest in seeing the film, as I found even the trailer disturbing, but this did peak my interest. With Host, Mark Walters of BigFanBoy.com, the two gave a very entertaining commentary on the film. I do hope someone recorded it. To be honest, I didn’t make it through the entire film as exhaustion had started to catch up with me and I bailed at about 1:30am. I hope everyone else had as good time as Tom Six and Dieter Laser appeared to be having. On closing day of the con, after most everyone had left, Tom Six and Dieter Laser continued to sign autographs for almost an hour. On his way out, Dieter Laser proceeded to give everyone hugs, including yours truly. Awesome. Would you want a hug from this man?
